About Xtant
Our Story
Headquartered in Montana, Xtant Medical combines the rigor of science with the heart of purpose. We started as a spin-off from Montana State University’s Center for Biofilm Engineering. We evolved into Xtant Medical, where today, we deliver a comprehensive biologics and fixation portfolio while staying true to our roots: honoring donors, serving patients, and innovating for the future. Our biologics are processed in a dedicated, state-of-the-art facility using patented technologies like BacteRinse™ to preserve essential growth factors while ensuring safety and clinical reliability. This focus allows us to honor every donor gift with the highest standards of quality and respect.
