Sean Browne

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Browne has over three decades of expertise in the medical device and healthcare industry. Most recently, he served as Chief Revenue Officer of CCS Medical, Inc., a provider of home delivery medical supplies. Previously, Mr. Browne served as Chief Operating Officer of The Kini Group, an integrated cloud-based software analytics and advisory firm; President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Neuro Resource Group, a venture start-up medical device company that was sold to a strategic buyer; President, Miltex Surgical Instrument Division for Integra LifeSciences Corporation, a publicly held medical device company that acquired Miltex Holdings, Inc.; Vice President, Sales and Marketing of Esurg.com, an e-commerce company serving physician and ambulatory surgery markets; Senior Vice President, Health Systems Division of McKesson Corporation; and held various positions with increasing responsibility at Baxter Healthcare. Mr. Browne holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science degree, with a major in Finance and minor in Statistics, from Boston University.

Kevin Brandt

Sr. Vice President and Chief Commercialization Officer

Mr. Brandt brings to Xtant more than 28 years of experience in the medical device industry. As the former executive vice president and chief commercial officer of RTI Surgical, Inc.’s domestic direct business, Brandt led all domestic direct lines of business and R&D for a global surgical implant company marketing biologic, medical and synthetic implants. Prior to joining RTI Surgical in 2012, Brandt spent 18 years at Stryker Corporation from 1994-2012 in various senior commercial leadership positions. Most notably, while at Stryker he served as President of Osteokinetics from 2002-2012 as one of their largest distributors and prior to that he was Senior Director of US Spine sales from 2000-2001 responsible for creating and leading Stryker’s US Spine sales organization.

Greg Jensen

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Jensen has over 30 years of experience working for and with a variety of public and private companies in manufacturing, wholesale/distribution, transportation, consumer products and service industries. Mr. Jensen has held senior management positions as Vice President of Finance for American Solutions for Business in Glenwood, Minnesota, a $160 million employee-owned nationwide distributor of various business products. Additionally, Mr. Jensen served as Chief Financial Officer at WTC Industries, Inc., a water purification manufacturer, and Envirostaff, Inc., a nationwide environmental temporary staffing firm, where he served pivotal roles in the successful sale of both companies. Mr. Jensen has also independently consulted and provided financial, strategic, and operational advisory services and expertise to a variety of start-up, high growth, and turn around companies for over fifteen years. Mr. Jensen received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Dakota. He is licensed as an inactive CPA in the state of North Dakota.
